Handled Partners helps physician groups review out-of-network claims that may be eligible for the federal independent dispute resolution process under the No Surprises Act. We are a revenue recovery service, not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

The commercial posture is contingency: a share of amounts actually recovered, no upfront fee, and nothing owed on a claim that recovers nothing. You choose which claims to pursue. Exact rates, authority, and data-handling terms are in the agreement signed before claim data is shared.

Eligibility and outcomes depend on the facts of each claim. We do not promise a win rate, a multiple of the qualifying payment amount, or any recovery amount. Public CMS IDR figures on this site are context only.
